Outstanding service.  We called for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate a full house carpet clean within 2 business days.  The team was available to come early on the scheduled day and checked in with us if we were available.  Communication was easy and friendly. Huge shout out to Alex and the crew at Shotover Cleaning! Been renting for the last year and used them twice, once for a hardwood floor cleaning and then again for the wood floor and carpets for a move out. They did a phenomenal job! Not only was the work top notch, but dealing with Alex and the crew was incredibly professional. Great communication and the fee was incredibly reasonable for the amazing work. Shotover Cleaning came by today to clean our sectional and ottoman. Rosie and Olivia showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and finished exactly when they said they would. Booking was super easy too, just a couple clicks online and two days later, they were here. Decided to give Shotover a last ditch chance at restoring them and were completely shocked at the results. Honestly, you need this service if you have pets! We had such a fantastic experience with Shotover, it was easy to book and communication was prompt.
