They are very professional, punctual, thorough and stand behind their work. Very convenient that you can book on-line and they have a great response time. We really appreciated the low moisture cleaning and the specialized care they took of our area rug.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Outstanding service. We called for a last minute appointment and they were able to accommodate a full house carpet clean within 2 business days. The team was available to come early on the scheduled day and checked in with us if we were available. Communication was easy and friendly. This is the second time we have used their services and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We recently had Shot Over Carpet Cleaning take care of the carpets and tiled floors at the Banff Legion, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. Alex and his team were professional, easy going, and went above and beyond to make everything look fresh and spotless.
What truly stood out, though, was their generosity and support for the Legion’s efforts in serving our community and veterans, something we are incredibly grateful for. It’s rare to find a company that not only delivers exceptional service but also genuinely cares about giving back.

We can’t say enough good things about Shotover Carpet Cleaning and highly recommend them. Thank you for everything you did for us!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Huge shout out to Alex and the crew at Shotover Cleaning! Been renting for the last year and used them twice, once for a hardwood floor cleaning and then again for the wood floor and carpets for a move out. They did a phenomenal job! Not only was the work top notch, but dealing with Alex and the crew was incredibly professional. Great communication and the fee was incredibly reasonable for the amazing work. Will be using them when this current lease runs out. Big thumbs up!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Shotover Cleaning came by today to clean our sectional and ottoman. Rosie and Olivia showed up right on time, worked efficiently, and finished exactly when they said they would. Booking was super easy too, just a couple clicks online and two days later, they were here. The whole process was smooth, and now our couch is clean… ready for my toddler to turn into forts again, but at least this time it’s actually clean! Highly recommend these folks.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were ready to scrap our white carpet after years of wine, food and pet stains covered the entire basement. Decided to give Shotover a last ditch chance at restoring them and were completely shocked at the results. The entire basement carpet now feels, smells, and looks brand new and we can now enjoy the space again. 5/5 recommend

Frequently Asked Residential Based Questions

Do I need to move furniture before residential carpet and floor cleaning?

Yes. We ask that smaller items and personal belongings are moved before arrival. We can work around larger furniture where needed, but clear access helps us achieve the best possible results.

How long does residential carpet cleaning take to dry?

Most carpets are dry within 1–2 hours. Hard floors and tile can usually be walked on immediately, making our service suitable for busy households.

Is your carpet and floor cleaning safe for pets and children?

Yes. All our residential cleaning solutions are non-toxic, eco-friendly, and pet-safe. There are no harsh chemicals or strong odours left behind.

Can you clean different floor types in one residential visit?

Yes. We can clean carpets, area rugs, tile and grout, upholstery, and hard floors during the same visit, avoiding the need for multiple appointments.

How often should residential carpets and floors be professionally cleaned?

For most homes, professional carpet and floor cleaning is recommended every 6–12 months. Homes with pets, children, or heavy foot traffic may benefit from more frequent cleaning.
